Meet Steve Pearce, Jessica Brook and Georgie Esdaile. Three of the industry's most talented food stylists and food editors, they formed Sage Creative Co out of their shared passion for great food content, both on the plate and on the page. Skilled at delivering innovative food concepts, from recipe development through to styling and events, this professional and tight-knit trio also loves to have a laugh together, which always helps lighten the mood when it comes to a tricky deadline. 


Steve Pearce

As Food Director of donna hay magazine for over 14 years, Steve was instrumental in creating one of the world's most recognisable food brands. Leading the team of food editors and collaborating with clients, photographers, stylists and designers, Steve consistently applies his carefully considered creative approach and signature style to everything he touches.

Jessica Brook

One of the country's top senior food editors, Jessica has worked across many of Australia's most prestigious food brands, including donna hay magazine, delicious., Masterchef and Vogue Entertaining & Travel, as well as working as a trained chef in professional kitchens. She specialises in creating the most beautiful, inspiring food content and always embraces a challenge. With a passion for baking the perfect sourdough, Japanese cuisine, (and 50s swing dancing), she brings her unique character, extraordinary cooking talents and magical touch to every dish she creates. 

Georgie Esdaile

A talented chef who trained at Sydney's Glebe Point Diner, Georgie consistently nails trends, expertly balances flavours and creates simple, delicious dishes you just have to eat, now. After a stint in London learning from the renowned Skye Gyngell of Petersham Nurseries Cafe, Georgie returned to Australia as Food Editor for donna hay magazine for four years. With experience on national advertising campaigns and in recipe development for premium commercial brands, she also loves cooking over an open fire while camping, carb-loading, and the perfect sticky bun.
